Why people come to see me
People often arrive at my clinic frustrated. They have tried physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic treatment, massage or exercises, yet the pain keeps returning or nobody has properly explained why it is happening. My first job is to listen, investigate and make the problem understandable. When someone has lost confidence in their body, clear answers and a believable plan can be just as important as treatment.
I use the FNFC Method, a clinical approach I have developed through more than two decades in manual therapy and rehabilitation. It is not a fixed routine. I select the methods that fit the individual, which may include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, medical acupuncture, joint articulation, structural osteopathy, visceral osteopathy and, when appropriate, spinal or body adjustments.
Hands-on treatment is only the beginning. As symptoms settle, we build capacity through structured mobility work, progressive strength, rehabilitation and clinical Pilates. I also teach patients how pain can be influenced by stress, breathing, sleep, workload, previous injuries and movement habits. The aim is not to make you dependent on treatment. It is to help you understand your body, regain confidence and return to work, training, sport or family life with a stronger foundation.
My background
My interest in anatomy and the different causes of pain began long before I qualified as an osteopath. Before moving to the UK from California in 2015, I had already spent many years working in manual therapy across different countries. That experience taught me to look beyond a diagnosis or a painful body part and to treat the person in front of me.
I work with a broad range of patients, from desk-based professionals and parents to athletes and performers. I have also worked closely with Hollywood celebrities, where discretion, trust and a clear plan are essential. Whatever somebody does for a living, the standard of care remains the same: careful assessment, honest explanations and treatment built around their goals.
Away from the clinic, I am a father to two little girls, which keeps life full and puts health into perspective. I understand that recovery has to work around real responsibilities, limited time and unpredictable days. That is why I focus on plans people can actually follow, not perfect routines that fall apart outside the treatment room.
