We use a blend of osteopathy, acupuncture, trigger point release, remedial massage, clinical Pilates, and rehab exercises. Every plan is customised to your needs — whether you’re dealing with pain, recovering from injury, or trying to move better.
We treat back pain, neck pain, sciatica, migraines, frozen shoulder, knee pain, tennis/golfer’s elbow, plantar fasciitis, postural issues, tension headaches, sports injuries, chronic fatigue, and more.
Your first session (up to 60 minutes, £180) includes a full assessment, diagnosis, and hands-on treatment. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s going on, and a plan to fix it.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing — ideally a sports bra or regular bra and full underwear. You may be asked to remove some layers so we can assess the area properly. You’re welcome to bring a chaperone if that makes you feel more comfortable.
Most patients feel relief during or after treatment. Occasionally, symptoms may temporarily increase before improving — this is part of the healing response and usually settles within 24–72 hours.
It depends on the issue. Many feel better after 1–2 sessions, but deeper issues may need a short course of care. We’ll always review your progress and only recommend what’s necessary.

Sports massage focuses on releasing tight muscles and improving circulation. Osteopathy looks at the bigger picture — joints, nerves, fascia, and biomechanics — to fix root causes. We often use both together for best results.
Clinical Pilates is a focused, movement-based session tailored to your injury or performance goals. It helps build control, mobility, and strength — ideal after injury or alongside osteopathy. Sessions are £80 for 60 minutes.
You can book online through our website or call us directly. Just choose the Marylebone location, select your service, and pick a time that works for you.
